Giorgio Rovacchi

Giorgio Rovacchi has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as Head of Academy Finanziaria Commerciale Supporto Clienti and Head of Organization for BancoPosta and its related entities at Poste Italiane since November 2011. Previously held positions include Head of HR Management, HR Business Partner, Customer Experience Manager, and Product Manager for business loans at BancoPosta. Prior to Poste Italiane, Giorgio Rovacchi worked as a Consultant at Accenture Management Consulting, focusing on CRM and transformation programs for major Italian banks. Early career experience includes a role as a Credit Collection Assistant at Ford Motor Credit Company. Giorgio Rovacchi holds a degree in Business Administration from Università degli studi Roma TRE and additional education from ESCP Business School and Oracle University.
