Paolo Gencarelli

Paolo Gencarelli is a seasoned professional in real estate and procurement with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Paolo serves as Head of Group Real Estate at Poste Italiane and Chairman of the Board at Europa Gestioni Immobiliari S.p.A. Previous positions include Head of Group Procurement at Poste Italiane, as well as multiple leadership roles at UniCredit, where Paolo managed real estate and supply chain operations. Experience also includes positions at Bain & Company and Accenture as a consultant. Paolo holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a degree in Civil Engineering from Università di Roma La Sapienza.
