Ismail B.

Ismail B.'s work experience begins in 2015 as a Butikkmedarbeider (store assistant) at Stormberg AS. In 2016, they worked as an Assistent and Lærer (teacher) for Sommerskolen i Oslo (Summer School in Oslo) and also as a Støttekontakt (support contact). From 2017 to 2020, Ismail worked at NHO - Næringslivets Hovedorganisasjon (the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise) as a Veileder (advisor), where they gave lectures on various topics. Ismail was also responsible for the visit center. In 2018, they worked as a Kundebehandler (customer handler) at Melin Medical. In 2019, Ismail was a Konsulent (consultant) at Finanstilsynet (FSA Norway), focusing on revising and following up on insurance companies. From 2020 to the present, Ismail has held several roles at Posten Norge AS, including Konserntrainee (corporate trainee), Business Analyst, Produkteier (product owner), and currently Head of Value Chain at Bring SE & FI.

Ismail B. started their education at Cambridge Regional College in 2013 and completed it in 2014, studying SSØ. Ismail then went on to attend OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Økonomi og Administrasjon. Subsequently, they enrolled in the School of Economics and Business at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences from 2018 to 2020, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Siviløkonom and Business Analytics. Most recently, Ismail B. pursued further education at BI Norwegian Business School from 2020 to 2022, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Regnskap og revisjon.
