Sander Schaaf

Sander Schaaf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology sourcing and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Sourcing Strategy at Posten Norge AS since August 2017, Sander previously held various positions at KPMG Advisory from February 2011 to July 2017, including Senior Manager, providing expertise in strategy, sourcing, and project management across multiple industries such as postal and logistics, financial services, utilities, and the public sector. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Capgemini, where Sander led large international projects in the financial services sector with a focus on payments, system migrations, and portfolio integration. Sander holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen and has completed additional studies in Environmental Economics and International Economics and Business.
