Rhea Pillai

Rhea Pillai currently serves as a Project Specialist in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Posterity Consulting since January 2023, after previously holding the position of Human Resource Associate. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Manager at INGLU and internships at Humanity Welfare Council and myUpchar.com. Rhea completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Jesus and Mary College from 2017 to 2020 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship at Ambedkar University, Delhi.
