Aasim Ghafoor

Aasim Ghafoor has a diverse work experience in the operations management field, spanning over several companies and roles. Aasim currently holds the position of Senior Operations Manager at PostEx since July 2022. In their role, they ensure the company meets its operational, financial, and business performance goals.

Before joining PostEx, Aasim worked as the Area Logistics Head at Insta World from December 2021 to July 2022. Aasim demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and gained exposure to multiple projects in their position. Aasim's expertise includes Microsoft Office, public relations, management, organizational skills, and leadership training.

Prior to their role at Insta World, Aasim served as the Regional Operations Manager at PostEx from December 2020 to December 2021. During this time, they built a new team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and contributed to the improvement of the company's services.

Aasim also worked as the Operations Manager at Leopards Courier Services (Pvt.) Ltd. from March 2020 to December 2020. In this role, they led a team of over 200 members, focusing on hiring, training, and achieving operational KPIs. Aasim also played a key role in developing a paperless environment and improving the overall operational environment.

Before joining Leopards Courier Services, Aasim served as the Operation Manager at Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service LTD from June 2018 to March 2020.

Aasim's career began as a Team Leader at Tranzum Companies & Services in July 2006, where they managed operational activities and monitored the service area of Lahore. Aasim held this position for over 12 years until June 2018 when they joined Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service LTD.

Aasim Ghafoor attended the University of the Punjab from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in their field of study.
