Iva Carapovic

Iva Carapovic currently serves as a Strategic Target Group Manager and Marketing Manager at PostFinance, where responsibilities include target group management, customer feedback cycles, and retention marketing. Prior to this, Iva worked as a Trainee in Marketing and Communications/Branding at «und» das Generationentandem and held the role of Editorial Coordinator at Thuner Tagblatt, while also contributing as a freelance journalist. Iva's academic background includes a Master's degree in English, with a Minor in German Language and Literature, and a Bachelor's degree in English with a similar minor, both obtained from the University of Bern, along with an international semester at the University of Central Lancashire.
