Martin Hofer

Martin Hofer has had a diverse work experience. Martin started their career as a Wissenschaftlicher Assistent at Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg from August 2003 to March 2006. Martin then worked as a Data Protection Specialist at Edoeb from June 2006 to February 2008. Martin Hofer went on to become the Managing Director at LT Lawtank from March 2008 to June 2009. After that, they joined PostFinance as a Data Protection Officer from July 2009 to October 2012, and later became the Chief Information Security Officer from November 2012 onwards.

Martin Hofer began their education at the Kantonsschule Luzern from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained their Matura degree. Martin then went on to attend the University of Zurich from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a Lic. iur degree in Recht (Law). Later, from 2007 to 2013, Martin pursued their Master of Laws (LLM) in Informationsrecht at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
