Roman Kupcik Spahr has a diverse work experience in various industries. Roman started their career at Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall as a student of Wirtschaftsinformatik(BA) from 2000 to 2003. Later, they joined VR Kreditwerk AG as a Referent Realisierung from 2003 to 2007. Then, they moved to PostFinance, where they held several roles, including Applikationsverantwortlicher GwG, Teamleiter IT Operation, Domänenleiter 2nd Level Support, and currently serves as the Head of IT Operations since January 2016.
