Garry Tan

Garry Tan is a prominent entrepreneur and investor, serving as President, CEO, and Group Partner at Y Combinator. Tan is also a Board Partner and Advisor at Initialized Capital, where Tan is the Founder and Managing Partner. Tan co-founded Posthaven and Posterous.com, and held the position of Partner at Y Combinator. Tan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University, graduating between 1999 and 2003.
