Elina Gustafsson

Elina Gustafsson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and product management, currently serving as Venture Lead in Circular Economy and Business Manager for Parcel & eCommerce at Posti Group Oyj since June 2020. Gustafsson's role involves leading cross-border and cross-functional projects within warehousing and logistics in Nordic markets and participating in a venture building journey facilitated by a US-based innovation consultancy. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager at Collector Bank, overseeing the integration of Lowell's Payment business, and at Lindorff, where Gustafsson was responsible for creating and launching a Payment product and received a "Best team" award. Early career experience includes an officer position at Liedon Osuuspankki and various part-time roles during studies. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Turku School of Economics, and attendance at Copenhagen Business School.
