Mikke Syrjä

Mikke Syrjä serves as the Head of Strategy Development at Posti Group Oyj since January 2021, focusing on strategy formulation, organizational redesign, and market intelligence. Prior experience includes roles as Value Creation Manager and Analyst in Operational M&A at Deloitte Finland, alongside a Master's thesis on business model design at Stora Enso, where Mikke achieved top grades for enhancing design and implementation processes. Additional experiences range from project work at Technology Industries of Finland to logistics employment with Inex Partners Oy. Academically, Mikke holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering Management from Aalto University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Energy and Environment Technology from Aalto University and Economics from the University of Helsinki.
