Kate Brown

Kate Brown possesses extensive experience in merchandising and planning, currently serving as the Merch Team Lead at Postie+ since June 2015, where responsibilities include supporting Planning & Buying across Womenswear, Menswear, and Family Thermals while leading a team of nine. Previous experience includes positions at Country Road Group as a Senior Merchandise Planner and Planning Analyst, focusing on both AU and NZ retail stores in various departments. Additional roles at Sportsgirl involved working closely with buyers and planners and managing multiple aspects of merchandise and stock. Earlier experience includes serving as a Production Assistant at Apparel House, where Kate was responsible for managing orders and logistics. Educational qualifications include a Range & Assortment Planning degree from Numensa Training and various diplomas and certificates in fashion design and garment technology from the NZ Institute of Fashion Technology.
