Alyssa Hiler-Cook

Alyssa Hiler-Cook has a diverse work experience. Alyssa started their career as an EA & HR Assistant at Discount Tire, where they worked from 2011 to 2016. Later on, they joined the Pacific Science Center as an Operations Manager, focusing on employee morale, safety & procedures, and guest experience. Alyssa worked there from January to October 2016. After that, they worked at Artefact as a People Operations Manager from October 2016 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for people experience, onboarding, HR, recruiting, events, community outreach, and employee engagement. Currently, they are working at Postlight as a People Operations Specialist starting from July 2022.

Alyssa Hiler-Cook began their education at the University of Washington, where they obtained a degree in History with a specialization in American/United States Studies/Civilization in 2015. In 2020, Alyssa pursued further education at the University of Washington, earning a Certificate in Human Resources Management in 2021.
