Riya Koshy

Riya Koshy has extensive experience in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the India People Operations Lead and People Business Partner for General and Administrative functions at Postman since April 2020. Prior to this role, Riya held various positions at Postman, including People Business Partner, People Operations Lead, and People Operations Specialist. Riya's earlier career includes a tenure at CGI from August 2016 to April 2020 as a Senior Associate in HR and an Associate. Riya began professional experience in HR and administration at Eram Animation Lab Pvt Ltd and completed a project internship at CGI in 2014. Riya earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Fisat Business School between 2013 and 2015.
