Ruwan Gunatilake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, and business operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Revenue Operations at Postman since June 2022, Ruwan previously held senior roles at Grafana Labs as Sr. Director of GTM Strategy and Operations and at HashiCorp as Director of Sales Strategy and Business Operations. Earlier career positions include Principal at Medley Management Inc., Senior Associate at Prospect Capital Management, Associate at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and Associate at Tennenbaum Capital Partners. Ruwan began a career in investment banking as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Ruwan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
