Priyankita Devi

Priyankita Devi has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and analytics. Priyankita is currently working as the Director of Audience and Data Science at Postmedia Network Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Data Science at the same company.

Before joining Postmedia Network Inc., Priyankita worked at Cineplex, where they held the role of Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for building the analytics strategy for various advanced analytics initiatives within the company. Priyankita also collaborated with different business units to align the analytics strategy with the corporate strategy.

Earlier in their career, Priyankita gained experience at TD as a BI Data Analyst and an IT Solutions Developer. As a BI Data Analyst, they worked on different database platforms and reporting tools to create reports and dashboards for business operations and management. In their role as an IT Solutions Developer, they processed and refined data from multiple applications of the bank, making it available to all business units.

Priyankita's career began at Accenture, where they worked as an ETL developer/analyst. Priyankita worked on a media and entertainment project, using data transformation and reporting tools to create reports used for sales, marketing, and advertising strategies.

Priyankita Devi earned a Master's degree in Analytics from Queen's University in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at Assam engineering college from 2007 to 2011. Priyankita received their high school education in Science at Delhi Public School, Dhaligaon from 1994 to 2007. Priyankita also obtained additional certifications, including "Leading Business Change with Analytics" from The Innovation Community in 2020 and "SAS Certified Predictive Modeler Using SAS Enterprise Miner 13" from SAS in 2017.
