Esther Baud

Esther Baud is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer interaction and conversational AI. Currently serving as Program Manager Conversational AI at PostNL since September 2017, Esther oversees the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions. Previous roles at PostNL include Product Owner for the online service journey, Channel Manager for Online Service & Conversational Bots, and Channel Manager for the PostNL webshop. Prior to PostNL, Esther worked at Stockon as Customer Success Manager and Team Lead Customer Service, and gained experience in event management at Het Concertgebouw. Esther holds a Master’s Degree in International Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by a VWO Gymnasium diploma from Barlaeus Gymnasium.
