Ieneke Nederhoed has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Ieneke started their career in 1998 as a Financieel medewerker at CE Special Courier BV, where they worked until 2001. Ieneke then joined PostNL in 2001 and held various roles over the years including Projectmedewerker FSSC, Coördinator Cash Accounting, Coördinator Accounts Payable, and Coördinator Accounts Receivable. Their responsibilities at PostNL included overseeing a team of 20 employees, managing debitors and credit management, and implementing efficient processes. In 2015, they took on the role of Procesarchitect O2C - Implementatie SAP Business ByDesign and later transitioned to Senior Functioneel Beheer SAP Business ByDesign en SAP Hybris Billing bij PostNL. Currently, they are serving as a Proces Lead Finance at PostNL.

Ieneke Nederhoed has a diverse education history. Ieneke completed the Professional Scrum Master I program at Cibit in 2017. In 2013, they obtained a Lean Green Belt certification from Lean Consultancy Group. In 2008, they earned the PRINCE 2 Foundation qualification from APM group. Their academic journey includes a Doctorandus degree in Bedrijfseconomie, Management en Organisatie, which they pursued from 1998 to 2000 at the University of Groningen. Prior to that, they studied Bedrijfseconomie at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 1994 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they received training in "Coachen op Competentieontwikkeling" from ICOON Training & Coaching in 2009.
