Jeanelle L.'s work experience includes various roles in the field of HR. Jeanelle started their career as an Intercedent at Manpower in 1996 and later became a Vestigingsmanager at the same company. Jeanelle then worked at Nationale-Nederlanden as an HR-adviseur from 1999 to 2002, a Consultant/Projectmanager from 2002 to 2005, and an Organisatie & Change Consultant from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Movir NV as a Senior HR-consultant before returning to Nationale-Nederlanden as an HR-businesspartner from 2011 to 2017. Jeanelle then moved on to PostNL, where they assumed the role of Sr. HR business partner from 2019 to 2023 before becoming the HR Business Lead.

Jeanelle L. has a varied education history. Jeanelle attended Sioo, interuniversitair centrum voor organisatie- en veranderkunde from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Verandermanagement. Prior to that, they studied Personeel en arbeid at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2002. Jeanelle also completed their Gymnasium education at Gymnasium Camphusianum from 1982 to 1988. Later, they pursued studies in Algemeen Sociale Wetenschappen at RUU from 1989 to 1994. In addition, they completed a leergang coaching voor professionals at SchoolvoorCoaching in 2014 and 2015, and a leergang teamcoaching at SchoolvoorCoaching in 2017 and 2018.

Jeanelle L. also holds several certifications. Jeanelle obtained a Module Organisatiekunde from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in 2004, as well as a certification in Ontwerpen van Werkconferenties from SIOO in the same year. Jeanelle also received a certification in Leiderschapstijlen en Change from Target Point International in 2003. In addition, they completed a Module Arbeidsrecht, and has a certification in Prince II projectmanagement from Pink Roccade.
