Jeroen Manten has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeroen began their career at J&J Publicity b.v. as a Team Manager and Web Developer from 2001 to 2009. Jeroen then worked as an Online Marketer at Designpro.nl / Z-IM.nl from 2009 to 2011. After that, they served as the E-commerce Manager at BAS Group from 2011 to 2015, where they were responsible for the operational activities of web shops in the Netherlands and Belgium. Since 2015, Jeroen has been employed at PostNL, holding multiple positions. Jeroen was the Channel Manager Online from 2015 to 2016, Product Owner from 2016 to 2016, Release Train Engineer from 2018 to 2019, Manager IT - Salesforce platform & implementation from 2016 to 2021, and Manager IT Digital & Customer Excellence from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer IT at PostNL, where they are responsible for industrializing the importance of Digital & Customer Excellence and providing strategic guidance and support at the senior management level.
Jeroen Manten completed an Executive Master of Management and Organization at TIAS School for Business and Society from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a HBO Bachelor Bedrijfskunde specialization in Marketing from NCOI Business School, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Jeroen also attended Beeckestijn Business school in 2013 and 2014, earning a Digital Marketing Strategie & Leiderschap certification. Jeroen further enhanced their education at Hogeschool LOI in 2011, obtaining a degree in Online Marketing. Additionally, Jeroen has acquired several additional certifications, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials and AWS Technical Essentials from Amazon, as well as a Scrum Foundation Certificate from CertiProf. Jeroen has a diverse range of qualifications and demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
