Joris Blok

Joris Blok is a co-founder and service designer at Grape Genius since August 2023, specializing in bridging user experience with technical app implementation. Currently serving as a senior service designer at PostNL, Joris is responsible for optimizing service experiences for consumer accounts and promoting creative collaboration through workshops. Joris co-founded Mindsweepers, where international organizations benefited from Design Thinking courses and design sprints. Previous roles include digital transformation consultant at valantic, innovation booster at Ynnovate, co-founder at KARABAI, strategic designer at Sagar Energy Solutions, and product designer at Sluban Europe. Joris holds a master's degree in strategic product design and several degrees in industrial design engineering from Delft University of Technology.
