Joséphine Terwindt

Joséphine Terwindt is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in supply chain engineering and logistics. Currently serving as a Board Member at Young PostNL, a platform for over 500 young professionals, Joséphine has been a Supply Chain Engineer at PostNL since November 2022, specializing in reverse logistics. Prior roles include a Graduate Research Intern at DHL Parcel Nederland, focusing on forecasting methods, and an Account Manager at Workrate, where Joséphine managed client relations and led a team of part-time security staff. Joséphine also contributed to research on plastic pollution in Bali as a Front Office Security Guard for Pantai Project and was a Committee Member for the European Business Tour at TU Delft. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics from Delft University of Technology and participation in international programs, including ENSTA and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
