Nikesh Jaglal

Nikesh Jaglal has extensive work experience in various roles within the commerce, business development, and project management sectors. Nikesh started their career at Bell Company as a Sales Agent in 2010. After that, they worked as a Forwarding Chief at PostNL, where they were responsible for planning and administrative tasks. In 2011, they joined Perry Sport as both a Crewmember and later as an Assistant Store Manager.

In 2012, Nikesh took on volunteer work as an Assistant Teacher at Circusschool Hannes en Co and also worked as a Support Staff at Jeugdstad. Nikesh then joined Lyceo in 2013 as an Examentrainer, providing exam preparation to students. In 2015, they returned to PostNL as an Intern, working on various projects related to market management and customer satisfaction.

In 2016, Nikesh became a Business Development Manager at PostNL, overseeing research and development activities for letterbox packages. Nikesh also served as a Project Manager, working on new product development, process improvement, and cost savings. In 2017, they joined Spring Global Delivery Solutions as a Manager of Sales Support Strategic Accounts, streamlining the sales process and managing support inquiries.

Nikesh rejoined PostNL in 2019 as a Program Manager for E-commerce Services, where they led program planning, strategic partnerships, and provided guidance to team members. Nikesh then progressed to Manager of Business Development and Projects, responsible for driving the growth and improvement strategy at PostNL Fulfillment. As Head of Commerce at PostNL, they oversee the commercial department, leads major projects, and focuses on improving the customer journey.

Throughout their career, Nikesh has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on achieving results.

Nikesh Jaglal attended Scholengemeenschap Spieringshoek from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their Havo degree. Nikesh then went on to study International Business and Management Studies at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. In 2014, they had a brief stint at Konkuk University, focusing on internationale bedrijfskunde.
