Ruben Besuijen

Ruben Besuijen has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Board member at Young PostNL and a Commercial Controller at PostNL since January 2024. Previously, Ruben was the Team Lead for Last Mile Operations at PostNL from March 2021 to July 2023, overseeing the sorting and delivery processes. An internship in strategy involved research on enhancing service portfolio management for improved performance. Additional experience includes a brief internship at LMG strategie+creatie and a tenure as a youth soccer player for FC Dordrecht. Ruben holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tilburg University and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, respectively. Educational background also includes a pre-master's program at Tilburg University and HAVO from Scheldemond College, focusing on Economics and society.
