Thao Nguyen

Thao Nguyen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Journey Factory at PostNL since March 2024. Previously, Thao held multiple roles at Aegon from December 2016 to March 2024, including Senior Product Owner for the AOV product, where responsibilities encompassed managing the change calendar and overseeing a dual-location team for product development and IT DevOps. Thao also served as Business Manager for the Customer Team AOV, handling operational tasks related to client portfolio management. Earlier in a career at Blauw Research from April 2004 to November 2016, Thao excelled in various leadership positions, including Manager of Operations, and played a key role in commercial activities related to Customer Experience research. Thao holds a degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, earned between 1996 and 2003.
