Arun Prakash Ravichandran has extensive experience in incident management, having held various roles spanning nearly two decades. Arun has been with PostNord since November 2017 as a Major Incident Manager and Incident Manager. Prior to that, Arun worked at CGI from December 2006 to October 2017, where positions included Process Manager (Incident, Problem and Capacity), Major Incident Manager, Problem Change Manager, and Incident Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Technical Analyst at Dell from December 2003 to December 2006. Arun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University (2002-2005) and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from St Josephs College Arts Science (2000-2003), in addition to completing education at St. Xavier's High School in Bangalore (1994-1997).
