Kristina Lilja

Kristina Lilja is a Swedish lawyer who is currently the General Councel & Head of Legal and Staff Functions at PostNord. Kristina has also worked as the Vice President and Legal Counsel at Husqvarna Group and as the General Counsel at Cybercom Group.

Kristina has a wealth of experience in corporate law and has been instrumental in setting up legal departments for both Husqvarna Group and Cybercom Group. Kristina is currently responsible for all legal matters at PostNord, including corporate governance, company law, and pension funds.

Kristina Lilja has a background in management and leadership from the Novare Management Program and the Novare Leadership Academy. Kristina also has a Master of Laws from Uppsala University.

They are on a team with Jan Starrsjö - Head of Nordic Strategy & Solutions, Robin Olsen - Head of PostNord Norway, and Björn Ekstedt - Chief Information Officer. Kristina Lilja reports to Annemarie Gardshol, Group President, CEO PostNord & Head of PostNord Sweden.
