Mattias Slotte

Mattias Slotte has extensive experience in finance and strategic management, currently serving as Global Head of Order to Cash at PostNord since April 2016. In this role, Mattias is responsible for harmonizing and developing the Order to Cash process, managing a team of 30 employees and overseeing an outsourcing partner. Prior to this position, Mattias held various leadership roles at PostNord, including Head of Strategic Change Management and Vice President, Head of Finance & Control. Mattias began the career at Posten AB, progressing from Business Controller to Management Trainee. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Leadership & Management from Chefakademin and multiple degrees from Uppsala University and Mälardalen University.
