Emily Reach (Addis) is a seasoned communications and creative professional with extensive experience in the fashion, beauty, and media industries. Currently serving as the Communications Chair for Postpartum Support International in New Jersey since February 2024, Emily has also held key leadership roles at L'Oréal as Creative Director for e-Commerce and Art Director for Social since February 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Content Director for Social + Digital at Laundry Service, Design Director for Digital at Cosmopolitan Magazine, and Photo Art Director for Digital and Ecommerce at Ralph Lauren. Emily's expertise in design and digital content development was further honed during tenures at Victoria's Secret and Seventeen Magazine. Emily holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Postpartum Support International (PSI) was founded in 1987 by Jane Honikman. The purpose of the organization is to increase awareness among public and professional communities about the emotional changes that individuals and families experience during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. PSI has members all over the world, including volunteer coordinators in every one of the United States and in 50+ countries. PSI disseminates information and resources through its volunteer coordinators, website, DVD, and annual conference. Its goal is to provide current information, resources, education, and to advocate for further research and legislation to support perinatal mental health.
