Gia Picknally

Giavonna Picknally has experience in various educational and support roles, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Deptford Township School District since April 2023. In this role, Giavonna maintains a conducive learning environment and manages classroom records. As a Paraprofessional, Giavonna provided academic support to students, implementing behavioral techniques and specialized educational duties. Additionally, Giavonna is a HelpLine Program Response Assistant for Postpartum Support International and an Organizational Listener for 7 Cups, supporting individuals with mental health issues. Previous roles include a Behavioral Interventionist at NBN Group, where support was provided to families of children with autism, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Springer Lab, contributing to plant physiology research. Giavonna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Saint Joseph's University, earned in 2021.
