Karl Rego is an accomplished CEO, founder, and board advisor with extensive experience in growth and ESG/impact advisory. As the CEO and Founder of London Executive Advisors since 2013, Karl delivers strategic advice and private equity deal-making to help mid-market and scaleup companies grow profitably. In addition to being Chairman and Board Advisor at Linkup China, providing digital marketing and public relations services to UK brands targeting the High-Net-Worth Chinese community, Karl serves as Co-Chair for the HBS Alumni Angels of the UK, promoting investment in early-stage businesses. Other advisory roles include supporting climate tech initiatives at PostTag, participating in Chapter Zero, and guiding sustainability strategies at Eight Versa. Karl has also held positions in cleantech and property development firms, contributed as a radio personality, and holds an MBA from Harvard University and a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Rutgers University.
