Vlad Kozak

Vlad Kozak is an experienced professional with a strong focus on account management, operational excellence, and post-war recovery initiatives. As the Founder of Postup Foundation, established in May 2022, Vlad leads efforts in developing advanced solutions for humanitarian demining in Ukraine. Previously, as Vice President and Head of Account Management Strategy at RTB House from October 2017 to December 2024, Vlad worked on enhancing customer service operational capabilities and fostering long-term client relationships. Vlad's career at McKinsey & Company, spanning from January 2013 to September 2017, included roles as Specialist, Senior Knowledge Consultant, Analyst, and Junior Research Analyst, with expertise in manufacturing, supply chain operations, and performance management. Vlad also has experience as a Data Analyst at Thomson Reuters and holds a postgraduate degree in Lean manufacturing from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, along with a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie.
