Kevin Franke

Kevin Franke has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Kevin started their career in 1994 as a Medical Service Corps Officer/Healthcare Leader in the United States Air Force. Kevin then progressed to roles such as Air War College Student and Chief Preparedness Officer/Division Chief at the Medical Operations Center, where they directed the Air Force Medical Service's response to contingency and wartime events.

From 2014 to 2016, Franke served as the Commander/CEO of the 6th Medical Group, overseeing a multi-site healthcare delivery system supporting over 220,000 military personnel and their families. Kevin also served as the Deputy Command Surgeon-COO at Pacific Air Forces, where they directed medical operations across a $2.9 billion integrated healthcare system serving 111,000 beneficiaries.

In 2020, Franke joined Advancia Aeronautics, LLC as a Program Manager, providing comprehensive contract healthcare staffing, IT support, financial management, and auditing services to federal healthcare departments and facilities.

Currently, Franke holds a role as a Senior Operations Specialist at Potawatomi Business Development Corporation's Federal Group, where they support subsidiaries with corporate infrastructure, processes, and financial support.

Throughout their career, Franke has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, budget management, and medical operations expertise in diverse healthcare settings.

Kevin Franke attended the New Mexico Military Institute from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in US Army ROTC. Kevin then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Sam Houston State University from 1988 to 1990. Following that, Kevin completed their education at The University of Dallas, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a field of study in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 1992 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin Franke obtained a certification as a Fellow, Certified Healthcare Executive from the American College of Healthcare Executives in May 2008.
