Amariah Stepter

Amariah Stepter is an experienced leader with a diverse background in management, entrepreneurial endeavors, and educational support. Currently serving as General Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Shop since August 2007, Amariah utilizes strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to enhance team performance. As co-owner and president of The Perfect Pocket & Accessories LLC from 2012 to 2018, Amariah successfully managed an online store specializing in handmade men’s pocket squares, overseeing all aspects from design to marketing. Previous roles include a communications intern with Cool Culture, a contract art instructor at the Salvation Army Kroc Center, and various leadership positions at the University of Michigan, including graphic designer and academic success partner. Amariah holds a BFA/BA in Art & Design and African-American Studies from the University of Michigan.
