Joe Panozzo

Joe Panozzo has extensive experience in loss prevention, risk management, and human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Loss Prevention & Risk Management at Potbelly Sandwich Works since July 2007. Joe has held various positions within the company, including Director of LP, Safety & Security, Senior Manager of LP, Safety & Security, and HR Manager. Prior to Potbelly Sandwich Works, Joe worked as the HR/Safety Manager at BPI from 2004 to 2007. Joe earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on HR and English Literature from the University of Northern Iowa, graduating in 2004.
