Patrick Walsh

Patrick Walsh, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief People Officer for Potbelly Sandwich Works, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Patrick worked as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Oil-Dri Corporation of America from March 2022 to April 2023. Between February 2016 and March 2022, Patrick was Senior Director of Human Resources at PepsiCo, overseeing talent management and culture initiatives for the North American Beverage Business. Patrick's extensive HR background includes leadership roles at Pizza Hut, where responsibilities included HR strategy for operations supporting over 10,000 employees, and multiple positions at PepsiCo - Frito Lay, culminating in HR Director for a 450-employee manufacturing facility. Educational credentials include a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's in Psychology, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
