Frances Lea

Frances Lea has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frances began their career in 2002 at Ucentrik Inc., where they worked as a Training Manager, Lead Trainer, and Trainer until 2010. Following that, they joined Corporate Symphony International as a Leadership Development Specialist from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Frances worked at Solar Power Network as a Partner Relations & Regulatory professional. Frances then joined Potentia Renewables Inc. in 2015 and held the position of Project Manager in the Project Management Office from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they serve as the Director of the Project Management Office at Potentia Renewables Inc., a role they have held since 2019.

Frances Lea began their education by attending Western University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Following this, they enrolled at Brock University from 2003 to 2005, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education.
