Reon Hiruma

Reon Hiruma has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Chief of Staff at Need, a healthcare technology company, where they drive critical growth efforts and leads the company's expansion into Asia-Pacific and European regions. Prior to this, they served as Japan Partner at ELSA, Corp and worked in Goldman Sachs' Tokyo office for their Private Equity arm. Reon also has experience as the Founding CEO of Potentialist Global, a cross-border consulting firm, where they helped US-based technology companies expand into Japan. Reon has also held roles at GIC, Arlix Technologies, SPICE, and CarterJMRN KK.

Reon Hiruma's education history includes their studies at various institutions. Reon pursued Politics and Economics at Waseda University. In 2018, they attended The University of Tokyo for a course on Finance at the Center for Advanced Research in Finance (CARF), specializing in Finance and Financial Technology. Reon also studied U.S-Japan Relations at Stanford University. During their high school years, they attended both Lycée Camille Claudel and Lycée Jules Guesde. Reon further enhanced their language skills by completing a B2 Level French in Business summer program at Université catholique de Lyon.
