Mohannad El-Barachi

Mohannad El-Barachi is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Wrk since September 2019, where the focus is on enhancing human capabilities through innovative technologies. El-Barachi has extensive investment experience with roles at companies such as 8Twelve Mortgage, RenderSEO, Toric, and Potloc, among others, while also being a Fellow in the 2022 cohort of C100. Previously, El-Barachi was a Senior Vice President at ReachLocal, integrating SweetIQ into Gannett and achieving profitability. As General Manager and Co-Founder of SweetIQ Analytics Corp., the company grew significantly and was acquired by Gannett, earning a Canadian Venture Capital Deal of the Year award in 2018. Additional experience includes executive roles at Via One and foundational education in Computer Science and Political Science from Concordia University.
