Rafael Soto currently serves as Vice President for Hispanic Ministries and Pastor at Potomac Conference Corporation of Seventh-day Adventists, a position held since July 2016, and also functions as Pastor Distrital in Richmond, VA. Rafael has extensive experience as a Conferenciante with Evangelista since January 2005, participating in over 55 evangelistic campaigns in the United States and more than 15 in Argentina. Previous roles include Preceptor at Universidad Adventista del Plata from January 2007 to July 2009. Educationally, Rafael Soto is pursuing a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry at Andrews University and holds a Licenciatura en Teologia from Universidad Adventista del Plata.
