Sameer Bhargava

Sameer Bhargava is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clark Construction Group, LLC where he oversees the company's overall growth, innovation, and financial health. Previously, Mr. Bhargava was a Managing Director and Director of Corporate Development at The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. At Carlyle, Mr. Bhargava also spent time in Carlyle’s U.S. Buyout Fund investment team, both in its Global Aerospace and Defense Group and its Global Industrial Group.

Mr. Bhargava has served as Chairman of the Board for Higher Achievement, an award-winning program serving more than 1,000 at risk middle school students in Washington, DC; Baltimore; Richmond; and Pittsburgh. Its proven model has demonstrated consistent increases in students’ GPAs, test scores and high school graduation rates. Mr. Bhargava also serves on the Board of Viagogo and the Dean’s Leadership Committee of the Harvard School of Design.
