Heather Carroll

Heather Carroll is a Senior eCommerce Merchandising & Content Manager at Potpourri Group since July 2017, with a background in web design and graphic design. Previously, Heather served as a Senior Graphic Designer/Design Director at Onpoint Media and Marketing from March 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included creating effective designs for web and mobile platforms, developing website wireframes, collaborating with developers, and ensuring site usability through user testing. Earlier roles involved customer service as a Sales Associate at Artist & Craftsman Supply and as a Photographer at Portrait Innovations. Heather holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from both the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University.
