Sonia Chikh M'hamed currently serves as an Associate Professor of Strategy & International Management at ESSCA Ecole de Management since January 2022, and as a Visiting Researcher at the PIK - Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research since January 2020, focusing on business models for forest carbon markets. Previously, Sonia occupied various academic roles, including Research Fellow at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (June 2020 - June 2022) and Associate Professor of Strategy & International Management at ESSCA School of Management (April 2018 - December 2021). Extensive experience includes a role as Research Coordinator at GRANEM UMR MA n°49 and teaching positions at multiple institutions, covering topics in management, finance, and project management. Sonia holds a Ph.D. in Management Science with a specialization in Strategic Management from Université d'Angers and has earned master's degrees from IAE Lyon School of Management & EM Lyon Business School and Devinci Executive Education.
