Lilianna Anh P. Townsend

Lilianna Anh P. Townsend is counsel in the firm's Corporate Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Prior to joining Potter Anderson, Lilianna served as a judicial law clerk for Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery and was an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Delaware, where she represented directors, officers and corporations in litigation and arbitration in a variety of corporate and complex commercial disputes.
