Jemma Hill

Jemma Hill has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Jemma started their career as an Audit Senior at Deloitte and Touche, where they worked from 1992 to 1996. Jemma then joined The Walt Disney Company (BVITV) in 1996 and held various finance positions, including Finance Analyst, Finance Manager, and Finance Director. In 2004, they became the Director of Portfolio Development at BVITV, where they managed relationships with internal and external producer groups. In 2010, Jemma moved to The Walt Disney Company (EMEA) and served as an Executive Director for Franchise and Marketing Finance and Planning. During their time there, they set direction and coordinated financial planning, reporting, and analysis for franchise management and marketing functions. In 2014, Jemma worked as an Independent Consultant for Clusters Ltd, where they set up financial processes and systems. Jemma then became an Interim Finance Director at Ingenious Media in 2015, where they managed the Media Finance team and implemented new systems and processes. Most recently, Jemma was the Finance Director at Pottermore, where they provided financial and commercial business support and led a team responsible for financial planning and management accounts.

Jemma Hill obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering and Management from Durham University in 1992. From 1992 to 1995, they attended ICAEW and obtained the ACA degree. Jemma Hill also holds the certification of Chartered Accountant from ICAEW, obtained in 1995.
