Victoria Lyons

Victoria Lyons has a diverse work experience in the publishing industry. Victoria began their career as an eBooks Assistant at Hodder & Stoughton in 2010, where they were responsible for converting backlist titles into epub files and coordinating distribution. In 2011, they joined Penguin Random House UK as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to the Managing Director and Heads of Penguin Digital. Victoria then progressed to roles as an Online Operations/Digital Development Executive and a Digital/Audio Key Account Manager, where they managed various operational and strategic responsibilities, including web design and development backlog, analyzing online data, and managing key audio retailer relationships. Since 2017, Victoria has been working at Pottermore Publishing, starting as an Account Manager and progressing to a Senior Account Manager role. Currently, they serve as the Head of Account Management. Overall, Victoria's experience showcases their versatility and expertise in the publishing industry, with a primary focus on account management and digital operations.

Victoria Lyons attended Roedean School from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained A2 level in English Literature, Spanish, and Theatre Studies. Victoria then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Nottingham from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they completed a Master's degree in Creative Writing: The Novel at Brunel University London from 2009 to 2010.
