James Wood is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and quality control. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager for Dampers at Pottorff since January 2023, James previously held multiple roles at Hilti North America from March 2016 to January 2023, including Test Engineer and Development Engineer, where responsibilities included product quality evaluations and designing new concepts. Prior to that, roles included Junior Engineer at Martin Sprocket & Gear and Quality Control Technician at Boral Industries, where James demonstrated expertise in quality operations and lab testing. James began a career in engineering with an internship at Drake Research LTD and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Midwestern State University, completed in 2015.
