Selena Paulsen is the Development Officer at Poudre Libraries, where Selena implemented the Libraries' first development plan and CRM donor management system. As a USA TODAY Bestselling Author, Selena has written and published over twenty novels under three pen names. With experience in community outreach, grant writing, and marketing, Selena has a Master's degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language certification.
