Elaine Mott

Elaine Mott has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Elaine began their career as a Teacher at the Ault-Highland Weld RE-9 School District in 2010 and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Teacher at the Lewis-Palmer School District 38. In 2015, they joined the LEARN Charter School Network as a Teacher and remained in that role until January 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Teacher at the Poudre School District, starting in August 2022.

Elaine Mott obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Elaine then pursued further education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where they completed their Master's degree in Reading Teacher Education from 2005 to 2009.
